Does the generated NDA have real legal value?
Yes. Electronic signatures are provided by DocuSign, which complies with eIDAS (Europe) and the ESIGN Act (United States). For other jurisdictions, simple electronic signatures are legally valid for non-solemn commercial agreements such as NDAs under most national e-signature laws. The document includes a timestamp and audit trail maintained by the provider — the key elements establishing legal enforceability in case of dispute.
What languages can I generate an NDA in?
